  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard delivery is £4.99. Two-man white glove delivery for large furniture items is available at checkout.

  • Yes, you can return standard items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.

  • Because made-to-order sofas are custom-built to your personal specifications (fabric, configuration, and size), they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly through WhatsApp or email with your delivery update. Our delivery driver will also contact you before delivery.
